Fitness should be fun, but also hard work Training alone can be very boring, so why not start training together with your partner to create a healthy exercise bond. Learn from the best. We specialise in core stability and toning. We can help you learn how to work out effectively with good posture and teach you how to maintain your fitness activity! Our mission is to educate and provide you with a wide range of exercises. Give you enough knowledge about how to get fit and to then stay fit. This 1-hour session includes: - Fun Body weight exercises - Fun Medicine ball training (smashes, throws and wall smashes) - Fun Resistance band training - Gym or home training plan for 2 - Copy of our latest healthy recipe book Every exercise is designed for you to train together and stay together! Through the session, we will teach you how to recognise bad form so you will be able to help your partner to get more from your joint sessions. Come along and learn how you can make fitness more fun... couples that train together, stay together! We have venues in Redland and Clifton, please let us know where you'd like to train.
