Fitness can be tough​,​ but training together is fun! On this date​,​ you and your partner will enjoy a private personal trainer session for two​,​ where you'll be guided through a variety of work out activities! The session will focus on core strength and stability​,​ and equip you with the tools you need to maintain your new-found love of fitness! By the end​,​ you'll be able to recognise bad posture or form in your partner - so you can get fit and stay fit. This 1-hour session includes: - Fun Body weight exercises - Medicine ball training (smashes​,​ throws and wall smashes) - Resistance band training - Gym or home training plan for 2 - Copy of a healthy recipe book Come along and learn how you can make fitness more fun. You know what they say... couples that train together​,​ stay together! We have venues in Redland and Clifton​,​ please let us know where you'd like to train.
