Get Fit Together
Fitness can be tough, but training together is fun! On this date, you and your partner will enjoy a private personal trainer session for two, where you'll be guided through a variety of work out activities! The session will focus on core strength and stability, and equip you with the tools you need to maintain your new-found love of fitness! By the end, you'll be able to recognise bad posture or form in your partner - so you can get fit and stay fit. This 1-hour session includes: - Fun Body weight exercises - Medicine ball training (smashes, throws and wall smashes) - Resistance band training - Gym or home training plan for 2 - Copy of a healthy recipe book Come along and learn how you can make fitness more fun. You know what they say... couples that train together, stay together! We have venues in Redland and Clifton, please let us know where you'd like to train.
